You’ll use your own body weight + free weights to sculpt your body. Strength training is critical to any fitness goal and plays an important role in weight loss. Unlike ‘traditional’ boot camp, our instructors motivate and encourage, not yell or belittle. We want you to get results, not send you to therapy.
Change the way you think about cardiovascular fitness with our cardio kickboxing classes. With your heart rate up, a lot of sweating and no boredom whatsoever, you can burn up to 600 calories, improve your endurance, and build both muscle and strength all at the same time.
Bet you never thought 30 minutes could be so tough. This half-hour class focuses entirely on your core strength. Within just a few weeks of consistently attending this class you’ll begin to see change and notice improved form, strength and endurance in other classes.

Our distinctive spin on traditional strength training classes combines techniques and exercises used by professional athletes, modified to fit most fitness levels. Our HIIT certified instructors will push you with competitive, energized classes. Consistent attendance will take your fitness level and strength to a new level fast and effectively.
Using your own body weight, TRX ® Suspension Training is among the best core-focused exercise available. This will “wake up” muscles you didn’t even know you had. This distinctive class combines kettlebells, cardio, and core exercises to help you achieve a leaner, stronger core. A client favorite!
This is a great compliment to our cardiovascular classes. Use both your own body weight and free weights to tone arms, abs, legs, and glutes while adding lean muscle to your entire body. Weight training will lean and sculpt your body – not bulk you up – a common misconception.

We all know it. But did you know it’s a true calorie killer? This intense, cardiovascular workout can burn 1,000 calories in an hour! Our certified instructors will teach you the moves – challenge yourself to keep up with them. Any fitness level can participate. You won’t know where the time went!
We love our sunshine. So if we can combine sweating, a calorie-burn, muscle-building, and fun with the abundant Los Angeles sun there's no reason not to. Join us outside the Dynamic You Fitness group studio for a 45 minute run that'll bring you right back where you began. Or join us and finish your run anywhere you'd like! There's no pressure. Perfect running shoes, precise form, previous running experience not required. Though we do suggest you grab your shoes.

If you haven't worked out in a while – or ever – walking into a group exercise classroom and jumping right in can be a challenge beyond just the workout.

We recommend working with a personal trainer to get started with some of the basics of understanding how your body moves. The 1 on 1 attention and customized workouts that our personal trainers can provide are the fastest way to guarantee results. Our trainers are nationally certified with multiple years of experience. They are genuine, professional, and motivating.

Dynamic You offers both individual and tandem training. So bring a friend to help with accountability and focus!
